Part 1.}, volume={1}, url={https://istznu.org/index.php/journal/article/view/75}, abstractNote={<p>The article introduces to scientific circulation and approves the author’s concept of the typology of state formations in Ukrainian lands, through the prism of which the view on the revolutionary period of 1917-1921 is suggested. Comparative studies and analysis of the conditionality of evolution and changes of the main political projects and models of organization of statehood / society of that time are carried out, their dialectical interdependence is established. The dominant factors at the local and global (geopolitical) levels, which led to the «defeat» of some scenarios and the «victory» of others are determined.</p> <p>As the elements of the analysis, come the projects of statehood and types of state formations and their concrete historical manifestations, each of which were implemented in varying degrees during the period of the Ukrainian National Revolution of 1917 – 1921. In the theoretical section, the following formats of statehood / governance and organization of society are singled out: Ukrainian types are – the republican-democratic, traditionalistconservative, dictatorial-authoritarian, emigrational, peasant-communal, anarchist, communist types; Crimean Tatar are – the republican-democratic and the dictatorial-authoritarian types; Russian types are – the liberaldemocratic, ochlocratic, dictatorial-authoritarian, communist-Bolshevik and restoration-monarchist types; European types are - the scenarios of the countries of the Central Axis, the states of the Entente, the Polish state, Czechoslovakia and Romania. In return, in practical terms, all types of state entities of the revolutionary period are differentiated into: Ukrainian states of the national type and scale, «states in emigration» («governments in exile»), local peasant republics, anarchic formations, Crimean Tatar statehood of the national type, puppet quasi-state entities with a dominant role of the external factor and foreign state formations.</p&gt;}, number={50}, journal={Zaporizhzhia Historical Review}, author={Tverdovskiy, Anton}, year={2018}, month={Dec.}, pages={37-55} }
