The basic premise of migration from the Bulgarian lands in the territories of Kirovograd ethnic Bulgarians and features of their settlement in the region. The author focuses on a particular location (districts) of the Bulgarian ethnic group in the region. Historically, in Kirovograd region inhabited by a large number of ethnic groups, which affected the ethnic, social, ethnic and cultural, educational processes, especially in the development of material culture, interdialectal and interlingual contacts in the region, transformed into some kinds of linguistic, cultural, national, religious transformations . The above demonstrates the need for a thorough study of the trends emerging in the dynamics of ethnic composition at both the region and the state as a whole. Bulgarians in the Kirovograd region in 1979 and 1989 are at 0,3 % of the total population. This ethnic group lived and still live mostly in Vilshany district of Kirovograd region and accounted for 13 % of the total population of the district. In the village.
