Ratification of the Constitution of the U.S. of 1787 in Pennsylvania: foreign policy issues

Abstract

In the article foreign policy issues are contemplated during the ratification of the Constitution of 1787 in Pennsylvania. It was identified and analyzed the specific positions of the Federalist and Anti-Federalist views that were published in periodicals of the state. A comparative analysis of the positions of supporters and opponents of the ratification of the Constitution of the meetings of the convention on foreign policy issues was conducted. Theme of the foreign policy issues in the socio-political development of the state from ratification of the Constitution and to the first federal election to the Congress was covered.
